Q: Can you make a design for me after order has been comfirmed?
A: Yes.We can provide free design according to your requirement. For example add your company logo,website,phone number and etc. on the packaging.
Q. Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are manufactured?
A: Yes, we offer a scan of the actual stitch-out for you to approve before production with every firm order. Editing/Handling fees will apply if changes are requested afterwards.
Q. If I received, but it's wrong, how could I do?
A:If we did not make them accordign to approved artwork or sample, we"ll re-make for you for free. If any different with approved artwork/sample, reamking need to be paid. If any different with approved artwork/sample, reamking need to be paid.
