What is your minimum / maximum order?
We do not have a minimum or maximum order. When you order through us, we are able to make as few or as many patches as you need.
What is your normal turnaround time?
Normally, our average turnaround time is 1~1.5 weeks, but high order quantity and/or a unique product may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush service is available upon request.
How many colors can I choose for my embroidered patch? And how do I choose the colors?
You can choose up to 9 colors for your patch design with no extra charge. You can refer to our online color charts to choose your colors.
Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are manufactured?
Yes, we offer a scan of the actual stitch-out for you to approve before production with every firm order. Editing/Handling fees will apply if changes are requested afterwards.
