Chenille Patch
Custom Chenille Patches & Varsity Letters
Chenille patches bring the classic varsity look ― soft, textured, retro and instantly recognizable. We produce custom chenilleletters, numbers, mascots and crests for letterman jackets, sweaters, caps, team merchandise and fashion streetwear.
Every patch is precision-tufted on dedicated chenille machinery for a plush, uniform pile that keeps its shape through years ofwear. Choose a twill or felt base, embroidered borders in your team colors, and up to 12 thread colors for outline and fill.
Letters are available from 2" to 12" tall, and mascot crests can be combined with letters to build a complete varsity set ― oneartwork session covers both.
