Custom Embroidery Patches ‒ Factory-Direct from AWELLS
Custom embroidery patches add a professional, dimensional finish to any garment, cap, bag or uniform. At AWELLS, everypatch is produced in our own factory using high-density embroidery machines running up to 12 needles and 1,000 stitches persquare inch ― the density that keeps fine lettering, detailed logos and intricate artwork crisp even at small sizes.
We offer every finishing option that matters. Choose a classic merrowed border for a clean, premium edge, or a hot-cut borderfor any custom shape, from circles and shields to stars and irregular silhouettes. Backings include iron-on, sew-on, hook-and-loop and pressure-sensitive adhesive. Thread colors are matched to your brand palette, up to 12 colors per patch.
Every order starts with a free digital mockup and free artwork adjustments by our in-house designers. There is no minimumorder quantity, samples ship within 7 days, and production is completed in 4‒7 days with express carriers such as DHL, FedExand UPS.

FAQ
1. How long does it take to get custom embroidery patches? ― Samples within 7 days; production 4‒7 days after artworkapproval, shipped via DHL/TNT/FedEx/UPS express.
2. Is there a minimum order? ― No minimum. We make as few as one piece and scale to millions.
3. What artwork format do you need? ― Vector (AI, EPS, SVG) preferred, with fonts converted to curves; high-resolutionJPG/PDF at 300 dpi also accepted. Our designers adjust artwork free of charge.
4. Merrowed or hot-cut border ― which should I choose? ― Merrowed gives a classic stitched edge, best for standardshapes; hot-cut allows any custom shape with a clean edge. We can quote both.
5. Which backing is best? ― Sew-on is most durable; iron-on is quick to apply; hook & loop is removable and repositionable(common for tactical gear); PSA suits one-time applications. We will advise per application.
6. How much does it cost? ― Depends on size, stitch density and quantity. Send your specs and artwork for a completequotation within 1‒2 hours.
