Custom PVC patches are molded from soft, flexible PVC that is waterproof, weather-resistant and built to survive years of harduse ― which is why they are the first choice for outdoor gear, bags, footwear, tactical equipment and promotional productsthat live in demanding conditions.
Using precision 2D and 3D molds, we reproduce your logo with raised relief, bold color separation and detail down to 0.5 mm.Choose matte, glossy or metallic finishes, and backings from hook-and-loop to adhesive. Molds are produced by our in-houseteam, so quality control stays fully in our hands ― and we waive the mold fee on qualifying bulk orders.
PVC patches never fray, crack or fade in the sun. They are soft enough to sit comfortably on apparel, yet tough enough forkeychains, luggage tags and gear.
