Custom PVC patches are molded from soft, flexible PVC that is waterproof, weather-resistant and built to survive years of harduse ― which is why they are the first choice for outdoor gear, bags, footwear, tactical equipment and promotional productsthat live in demanding conditions.
Using precision 2D and 3D molds, we reproduce your logo with raised relief, bold color separation and detail down to 0.5 mm.Choose matte, glossy or metallic finishes, and backings from hook-and-loop to adhesive. Molds are produced by our in-houseteam, so quality control stays fully in our hands ― and we waive the mold fee on qualifying bulk orders.
PVC patches never fray, crack or fade in the sun. They are soft enough to sit comfortably on apparel, yet tough enough forkeychains, luggage tags and gear. No minimum order, free 3D digital mockups before mold-making, samples within 7 days, andbulk production in 4‒7 days express. Our designers help adapt artwork for 3D molding at no extra charge.

2. Is there a mold fee? ― A one-time mold fee applies for custom 2D/3D molds and is waived on qualifying bulk orders;molds are stored for repeat orders.
3. What thickness should I choose? ― 1.5‒2 mm for soft apparel patches; 2.5‒4 mm for hard-wearing gear, keychains andluggage tags.
4. Can colors match my brand? ― Yes, we match Pantone colors precisely, with matte, glossy or metallic finishes.
