Custom Woven Patches ‒ Fine Detail, Small Sizes
Custom woven patches are the answer when your design demands fine detail at small sizes. Instead of stitches sitting on top offabric, woven patches are created on a loom ― threads are woven directly into the base, producing razor-sharp text, densecolor and a smooth, durable surface.
We produce damask and tapestry weaves with up to 14 thread colors, which lets us reproduce tiny logos, serial numbers andintricate patterns that embroidery cannot. Common applications include apparel labels, hat patches, bag tags, workwear andpackaging accents.
Choose from three edge finishes ― merrowed (classic), overlock or laser-cut for clean straight edges ― and backings of sew-on, iron-on, hook-and-loop or adhesive. Woven patches are thin and flexible, so they sit flat on fabric: ideal for sleeve badges,chest emblems and small brand labels.No minimum order, free digital mockup and free artwork adjustments, samples within 7 days, production in 4‒7 days express.
We recommend vector artwork for the sharpest weave reproduction; our designers convert and adjust raster files for you freeof charge.
